Scope

These Terms and Conditions of WAMOCON GmbH, Mergenthalerallee 79-81, 65760 Eschborn, apply to the use of the web application BelegNest.

§2

Service Description

BelegNest is a web application for the digital archiving of receipts, invoices and bills. The app enables photographing, categorizing, searching and exporting of receipts.

§3

Usage Rights

The use of BelegNest in the free version (V1) is unlimited and available without an account. The user receives a simple, non-transferable right of use.

§4

Data Storage

In Version 1, all receipt data is stored in the database. The user is responsible for backing up their own data. The backup function (JSON export) is available for this purpose.

§5

Liability

WAMOCON GmbH is not liable for the loss of receipt data. The app is provided without warranty.

§6

Changes

WAMOCON GmbH reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the website.
